Labelys has a wide-ranging industrial capacity, covering all printing and finishing technologies: flexography, typography, offset printing, screen printing and digital technology.

Based on a regular investment policy, Labelys’ industrial strategy is long-term and relies on leading suppliers. Working with Labelys also means benefiting from a multi-site organisation with security of supply.

Labelys has 90 production lines covering all printing technologies and offering our customers a multitude of solutions.

Large production runs (millions of units)

• Flexography
  Up to eleven colours, up to four rotatory screen printing groups, cold foiling, films, automatic camera-guided alignment, HD flexo and more.

For small and medium production runs (100 to tens of thousands of units)

• Digital
  HP Indigo, Domino, Xeikon, Durst up to seven colours, customised printing, individual label personalisation, metallic inks, nano text, all types of material

• Offset printing
  Up to seven colours, two flexo colours, foiling, screen printing, multichrome, cutting, embossing, automatic camera-guided alignment, online packaging, etc.

• Screen printing
  Four colours, hot foiling, embossing

• Letterpress
  Up to ten colours
